We relied on Kathy O’Donnell to help us purchase our first home over 20 years ago. When I contacted her late last year to help us sell, she remembered me before I finished my first sentence! Her knowledge of the market and negotiating skills helped us get the right price for our home after one day on the market. Kathy was always easy to reach, no matter what time of day, and she stayed in close contact every step of the way. Kathy also provided referrals to trusted professionals who could help us prepare our house for sale.

Kathy has come through for us again! Kathy recently helped us sell our house during very concerning times with COVID-19. She provided us with excellent advice about market pricing along with how to safely schedule showings. We were very impressed with the results after just a few days on the market; almost 10 offers at or above our asking price! After signing an agreement of sale, the rest of the process went very smooth through closing.

Seven years ago, Kathy also helped us by the house we recently sold. It was going through a sheriff's sale and she was very helpful navigating through that unusual situation.
