Team Sherman Real Estate Hot Springs Village is triple the attention to your needs! We are here to assist you with all of your real estate: Resale, new construction and property lots.

Kathy originally moved to the Village with her husband, Jon, to be closer to family and to enjoy all that the Village has to offer. Since 2005, she’s been devoting her full energy to helping newcomers find their perfect home and assisting Village property owners who want to sell.

Previous to working with RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village, Kathy worked for the developer of the Village, which gave her a solid base of knowledge about HSV and home construction.

Kathy states, “Jon and I are a great team! Our main goal is to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated.”

Because of Kathy’s desire to provide excellent service to her customers she has earned several designations and certifications. To her, the most important titles that she has received to date are Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Kathy is one of only 2 CRS in Hot Springs Village. She feels that the extra effort required to earn these designations has helped her gain the knowledge necessary to fully understand and serve client’s needs in today’s real estate market.

10/16/2015 - Elizabeth Barner Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Hot Springs, AR. Kathyso great to work with, and very professional. I had an unusual house and she marketed with beautiful pictures and precise explanation. She is knowledge in all aspects of selling ,closing, and working with the buyer and seller. My experience was very pleasant as she is easy going with a very caring and warm personality

04/09/2013 - user4106516 Bought a home in 2012 in Mountain Valley, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909. Kathy worked with us for 8 months to find just the home we wanted. She was always available, was never rushed, answered all our questions with expertise and is just a very pleasant lady to work with. We purchased our home last September and we still call on her to assist us with references for repairmen, home remodelers, plumbers, etc. We feel she has earned the confidence we have in her and her judgment. She is not the typical pushy, sales-oriented realtor, but has qeniune concern in helping find the right property for her clients.

Kathy is very knowledgeable about the area, as we were new to the area she knew all the information that we were looking for. Kathy is very personal and professional.
