Kathy is truly the best! I worked with Kathy 10+ years ago and when I recently need some help in finding a new home I knew just who to call. She is attentive, responsive, and has a tremendous amount of knowledge on all aspects of buying and selling a home. Her client representation and negotiation skills are top notch. If that's not enough, she's also kind, caring, and fun! I highly recommend her to anyone in need. Once you work with Kathy, she will always be your go to for all things real estate.

Wow! I truly feel so fortunate to have come upon Kathy as my personal buyer's real estate agent. She is dynamic, trustworthy, attentive and totally focused on finding me the house of my dreams. Kathy has tremendous actual and intuitive understanding about the current market trends and she possesses an intimate knowledge regarding properties in Fairfield and Litchfield counties.
