About Kathy

A native Houston area Texan, Kathy Thompson, REALTOR®, has lived in Fort Bend County for 30 years and dedicated 27 of those years to helping the people in the Houston metropolitan area, buy and sell their homes. As a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Kathy has actively applied her knowledge and skills garnered over the years to the benefit of her numerous clients. She also volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the CASA Home Tour, the Quail Valley Garden Club Home Tour, and the Missouri City Exchange Club. Kathy enjoys offering advice and helping folks make the home buying/selling process goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
