Katie Aker knows what it is like to be the client in a real estate transaction. She and her husband of 18 years have been the buyer or seller in over 30 transactions. Katie knows first-hand the stress and anxiety that a client experiences - even with the smoothest transaction. As a Realtor, she is eager to use this knowledge and experience to guide others through the process, taking the stress and unknown out of the picture. Katie brings to real estate a 15 year customer service background in the banking and lending industry. She has a passion for helping clients while continually educating them along the way. Katie’s past clients confidently trust in her commitment to them and her steadfast determination to help with one of their biggest investments. A lifelong resident of northwestern Cincinnati, Katie’s lending background and personal experience as a real estate client with remodeling and new construction homes gives her an edge over others to uniquely serve her clients. When not immersed in real estate, Katie, her husband, and their 3 children enjoy traveling or playing at the lake closer to home.
