Over the years, Katie has had the opportunity to follow her dreams of buying and selling homes. As a full-time realtor, helping others in this process has proven to be even better. Yes, it can be a stressful time, but she feels her job is to make it as fun, exciting and smooth as possible.

For buyers, Katie will walk you through the entire process: the search, contract negotiation, inspections, financing, getting to the closing table and beyond. Having moved numerous times over the years and renovated kitchens, baths and more, she can help you find the best, affordable contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers and handymen.

For sellers, it’s her job to get the best price, terms and conditions for your home. Katie knows how and where to find buyers and get them through your front door. She will make market and neighborhood specific recommendations from as little as de-cluttering and re-arranging furniture to renovations and professional landscaping to get top dollar.

Katie was born in Louisville, KY and attended the University of Georgia. Having followed jobs to Nashville, Tampa and Orlando, she was fortunate enough to make her way back home in 1999. The wonderful thing about living in different cities and states is that you realize that Louisville is the best place in the world to live.
