Katie Cosgrove

Katie was born and raised in Vancouver, WA and has a deep knowledge and love for this area. Coming from a service and wellness background, Katie always has her clients best interest in mind. Working with her, you will always receive excellent customer service without any pressure. Katie's passion is helping her clients achieve their goals through homeownership.

2025 marks Katie's fourth year in real estate. In 2023 she won John L Scotts Rookie of the Year award for all of Oregon and SW Washington! Katie has worked hard for all of her clients in buying and selling residential real estate from Condominiums to million dollar homes.

In her free time you’ll most likely find Katie hiking, camping, surfing and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children.
