Katie Cosgrove

Katie was born and raised in Vancouver, WA and has a deep knowledge and love for the area.

Katie found her passion for real estate through her own home ownership journey. She and her husband bought their first home in 2018. They remodeled that home themselves and turned it into a rental. Seeing first hand the financial rewards of real estate investment, inspired Katie to help others achieve their own goals through homeownership.

From her years of experience working in service, wellness and education, Katie brings with her a true passion for helping people.

In her free time you’ll most likely find Katie spending time with her husband and two children. As a family they enjoy hiking, camping, surfing and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
