Katie is a native Angeleno who has devoted the past 22 years to working in real estate. Born and raised in Santa Monica, Katie attended Brentwood School and then the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied psychology. Right after college, Katie’s interest in architecture and interior design led her to a job working for a seasoned agent at a top real estate firm in Beverly Hills. There, Katie became versed in the many facets of the business and went on to become an agent at the company. Several years later, she joined Nourmand & Associates, where she was consistently a top producing agent in her Hollywood office. Katie is currently an agent at Compass, where she partners with John Podhor. Her enthusiasm for her work, her candor, wit, and attention to detail make her stand out as an agent. Katie has a deep understanding of the LA real estate market, always puts her clients’ needs first, and treats every clients’ home search or sale as if it were her own. During her two decades in real estate, Katie has worked with a wide range of buyers and sellers and has sold properties all over Los Angeles.
