Katie Dale

I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. After graduating high school, I moved to Raleigh, NC to further my education at N.C. State University - Go Wolfpack! In 2011, I received my bachelor’s degree in Textile Management with a concentration in Brand Management and Marketing. Since then, I have spent the majority of my professional career in sales, property management, and customer service-oriented roles. I have been selling real estate full time in North Central Florida since 2016 and am grateful to have had the opportunity to help over 200 customers, totaling $62M+ in sales. My proficiency in marketing, experience in sales, and enthusiasm for helping others has provided a solid foundation for my success in real estate. As a Realtor, I strive to customize each home search or sale based on the specific wants and needs of my client. Buying or selling a home can be an overwhelming process and each transaction is unique. I throughly enjoy guiding my clients to closing as we navigate through any obstacles that come our way.

My husband, Adam Dale, works at the University of Florida as an Associate Professor and State Extension Specialist of Urban Landscape Entomology. His enthusiasm for insects and plants keeps us actively outdoors and exploring the natural beauty that Florida offers. We have a two year old son, Owen, who keeps us on our toes! When I’m not working, I enjoy interior decorating, traveling, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
