Katie has so loved growing up in this exciting evolving city of Memphis! She is proud to call this city her home.

Memphis is one of those big cities with a small-town feel. They Memphians love making connections, and they get excited over sharing the same high school and even elementary school with someone. She has the most wonderful memories and lifelong friends from her years at Christ Methodist Day School (CMDS) in East Memphis. After sixth grade, Evangelical Christian School (ECS) in Cordova became her educational home for middle school and high school.

She attended Covenant College on Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga for three years getting her prerequisites for dental hygiene. Katie got her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center here in Memphis.

She worked as a dental hygienist for Dr. Scott Edwards Cosmetic and Family Dentistry for 3 years. Although she enjoys helping educate people on their oral hygiene, real estate became her true passion, and she chose to pursue it full time. It brings her so much joy to walk others through such an important process.

Katie’s husband and her attend Independent Presbyterian Church where he serves as a deacon, and they both serve as leaders of their 20's community. They have an overly friendly Bernese Mountain Dog named Timber and a French Bulldog named Stax. They own a New Orleans inspired home steps from the lively intersection of Cooper and Young in midtown.

She likes playing tennis, eating Mexican food, volunteering at Su Casa Ministries, singing karaoke, dancing with her husband (or by myself), drinking coffee, dressing in costumes, throwing parties, and spending quality time with friends.
