You want the best? She is the best! Is that simple. She is very helpful and she always helps you on make the write choice. She is very patient and understand your needs for what type a house you need or what you want to find. Feels like you are doing business with a friend and not juts someone that wants his/her commission. I would definitely recommend her to purchase or sell a house. She help my wife to find her first house until she found the perfect for her. A few years later Katie help my wife on selling that house and was fast and smooth, and now she help us to find or first house as a married couple and is perfect and everything was smooth. The people who live before here left a mess and she hire a cleaning company for us and that was very nice. I can't be buying houses every day but if I could I would do it with Katie as my realtor. Very happy with her business. Don't think about she would make your life so much better.

Katie was AMAZING! Extremely informative and was on the ball for every little question we had, which was often haha. We had several hiccups with the seller during the process and they were all handled swiftly and professionally. We were a little skeptical about closing in under 28 days (based on the hiccups) but we ended up in our new home in less than 25. If that doesn't speak to how well Katie managed the sale then I don't know what else to tell you. Thanks for making this purchase easy for our family!

Katie is a rockstar realtor, turned friend. I am so thankful I found her off Zillow way back when. She is available when I needed her, super communicative in the style I prefer and best of all... knows her stuff! She has now helped me buy and sell my home in two very different markets and handled them both extremely well. I was able to buy my home in an ultracompetitive market when bidding wars were all the rage and sell my home two years later in a difficult market with high interest rates. She comes to the table with creative ideas for offers, a background in marketing, and a friendly positive attitude when I wasn't always the easiest client to deal with. I highly recommend her, but please don't keep her too busy, because I need her for my next home purchase :) Thanks Katie!!

We are moving to Sacramento from the Bay Area and had no idea what neighborhood to look in - Katie recommended the neighborhood where we bought upon our first meeting and we feel SO lucky to have ended up in the neighborhood we did and the house we are in. Katie has been a phenomenal partner! This was our first time purchasing a home and she helped every step of the way. From the early musings of trying to figure out the areas we wanted to look at, to the mad dash of texts and meetups when our house came on the market, to dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's of paperwork and inspections - Katie was there.  Always helpful, happy to answer questions, look into things we were curious about and, most importantly, follow up on outstanding items.
