Katie Frederick

Real estate runs in the family for Katie “Fred” Frederick. For four generations, dating back to 1904, Katie’s family has been serving the needs of real estate investors and business owners, helping them buy, sell, lease, and manage apartment buildings and commercial real estate.

Residing in Charleston for more than 20 years, Katie understands the local market and works hard to ensure her clients meet their goals. Businesses appreciate her ability to simplify complex real estate transactions, so they can stay focused on building and managing their business. Real estate investors appreciate her knowledge and expertise, which allows them to deploy their capital to enhance their goals, whether they be current income, long-term appreciation, value-add, development, or a combination of these.

A graduate of the College of Charleston, Katie enjoys returning to her alma mater to serve on entrepreneurship panels. She also coordinates first-time buyer seminars along with other industry professionals and the school’s real estate department. Living in a digital era, Katie understands the importance of real-life connections and founded Chucktown Social, a social sports and networking group, in 2012.
