Katie Gellenbeck

In just five years, Katie was recognized as being in the top 1.5% of real estate agents in the U.S. by Real Trends + Tom Ferry. She is also in the top 500 agents in MA and ranked #72 in Boston with sales grossing almost $20 million in 2022.

Katie moved to Boston’s Back Bay fifteen years ago and has never left. Her interest in real estate started when she bought her first home in Seattle and has expanded to include both personal and investment properties in Boston and Vermont. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a milestone that can build wealth and security.

She comes to real estate from a project management background where her exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude made managing complex projects with diverse teams a success. Whether buying a new home or selling a property, Katie brings the same collaborative and determined approach to helping her clients achieve their goals. Time and again Katie has proven herself as a trustworthy advisor and a tough negotiator.

Katie and her family enjoy life in the city, as well as relaxing in Vermont. She currently serves on the Greater Boston Associations of Realtors® (GBAR) Sustainability Committee, and holds a master of science in natural resource management. When she isn’t helping her clients, she enjoys exploring new places, tennis, hiking, skiing, and photography.
