Penny sold my husband and I our first home . The process was scary and new to us . Penny did everything she could to ease our fears. She always answered our questions in a timely manner even late at night . Penny suggested we look at the house we ultimately bought. Penny helped us find the perfect first home for our growing family. She was very responsive to all of our requests and truly worked with us. We met Penny Perry when we went in search of a 2-bedroom villa. We discussed our requirements and the amenities that we desired. Penny showed us several villas in the area and pointed out pros and cons. We ended up finding an updated villa on a golf course in our price range. Penny did a great job negotiating the price with the seller and we bought the unit after looking for only 2 months. The closing went smoothly as she coordinated with the title company, the sellers and the financial people. We were very happy with our experience with Penny and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
