Katie Hawkes Sells Rancho Santa Fe Real Estate Katie Hawkes has been an agent in Rancho Santa Fe for the past 21 years; she has been working in the real estate industry representing buyers and sellers of luxury residential properties for over 30 years. She has been voted Sales Associate of the Year by her associates for seventeen of the last 18 years, and she is a member of the Chairman’s Circle Diamond, placing her in the top ½ of 1% of all agents. She is among the top one hundred agents for the state of California and the top twenty agents in San Diego. Katie was recently awarded the prestigious 20-Year Legend Award, demonstrating that she has consistently been in the top 1%. Katie and her husband, Richard, built their home in Elfin Forest. They have two children. A Cum Laude graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in communications and marketing, Katie formerly taught elementary school in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii during her husband’s tenure with the Navy. Katie is the Membership Chair for the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary, a service organization, as well as a volunteer with Rancho Santa Fe Community Services, The Rancho Santa Fe Library, and with Kids Korps.
