Even before we arrived locally, she constantly went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. She worked with my parents to show them homes while FaceTiming me. First off, I want to say what an amazing experience I had working with Katie on my home purchase. I was from out of state and she made the process run so smoothly. The day I contacted her about a home I was interested in, she offered a video walk through with me which was so helpful being out of state. We looked at one other place, which I really liked and Katie put the offer together quickly and had it accepted by end of day. As I write this review, I’m in my new home and couldn’t be happier. Katie made the home buying experience simple, efficient and I felt like I was working with a friend rather than just an agent. Working with Katie is a seamless experience. In the current market, one must be fast and agile to just get into properties before they are sold.
