Transitioning from Bold to Compass, Katie led a team that managed leasing for up to 5000 units, further cementing her expertise in the field. Her extensive experience includes consulting for large-scale value-add leasing programs across Colorado, Texas, and Florida. Katie Kahanovitz co-founded Prism Property Group, a boutique consultancy in West Palm Beach specializing in consulting services for leasing.
