My husband and I were paired with Katie Knowlton in early November 2023 and couldn't have been happier or more pleased with our experience. As first time homebuyers we were completely lost on where to begin but Katie did a fantastic job walking us through the entire process from start to finish. Her expertise was apparent within our first meeting as she answered all of our questions (no matter how silly they were!) and provided sound advice and guidance. She was responsive to our calls/texts/emails and worked with our individual schedules for showings. Within a few weeks we secured an offer on our very first home with an amazing rate all thanks to Katie. If anyone is currently in the market to buy a home, we 100% recommend Katie Knowlton.

My wife and I were moving from Kansas City to Denver. We honestly didn't know much about the areas around Denver and were learning about places to live through word of mouth from co-workers etc. When we started working with Katie she guided us into areas that she felt would be a good fit for our needs. Both my wife and I work full time and were rarely able to be in Denver while we were looking for houses and Katie helped us virtually tour houses. Katie was always willing to find a way to help us view houses and helped us pick the one we bought and now we love it. She was always responsive to questions and she always found a way to help us look at places we were interested in. We spent multiple months looking at places and Katie helped us through it all. By the way, Katie did all this while pregnant and I am pretty sure her baby was born literally the day we closed on our house. Katie is awesome, she has become a good friend of ours and we would recommend her to everyone.
