From the moment I met Katie, she was friendly, proactive and reactive to my thoughts and requests for finding my perfect OC Beach condo.
She is always upbeat and more than accomodating to show me the latest properties that came to market. We had to react fast because they were being sold quickly.
After more than 30 showings, we found "the one"! I have settled and been in the condo for a few days, putting my own personal touches on it. I could not be happier and could not have done it without Katie! I hope to be ale to keep in touch with her and if I can ever recommend or use her in another Real Estate transaction, I will most certainly do so!
