A native of North County San Diego, Katie is a local through and through. Growing up in America’s finest city she has a keen perspective of regional trends and market conditions with first-hand experience buying, selling, and investing in our growing community. As a little girl, she would spend many days with her father on his job sites as a general contractor, where she developed her love of building and seeing the potential a home has beyond its current condition.

Katie is an incredibly active member of her community, raising a family of four girls in Leucadia and making a positive impact on everyone she meets. Her philosophy in real estate is to lead with honesty, integrity, and a deep commitment to her clients – after all, most of them have become her neighbors and all have become her friends! Katie holds a BA degree from CSUSM and post-graduate work in education, she thrives under pressure as a top negotiator and has quickly become one of North County’s fastest-growing real estate agents.
