Katie Packel

A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, Katie frequently visited the city growing up, taking advantage of the arts, food, and history it has to offer. After moving to center city nine years ago to complete a dual-degree program at Penn and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Katie has become an area expert. Her insider knowledge of individual neighborhoods helps to inform and best serve her clients.

Prior to joining the Patrick Campbell team at Compass, Katie staged residential properties for an interior design firm and managed a textile showroom for a Philadelphia based atelier. Katie brings a unique design perspective to all her showings and listings, with the ability to provide staging services. Her experience with interior design combined with her passion for architecture and the city of Philadelphia makes her well-equipped to represent her clients.
