Katie Reynolds

Katie Reynolds found her calling in real estate after a successful career in interior design. She has lived all over the South, spending time in Little Rock and Dallas, Texas, before settling in Atlanta. Growing up the daughter of home builders, Katie has long been involved in the construction process, which instilled a love of architecture and design at a youthful age. Katie spent her early career traveling the world designing hotels for luxury brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis. She used this global perspective and experience to launch a boutique residential design firm in 2008. Her success as a designer led to a five-year collaboration with a major national retailer and paint company as a color and design expert, appearing on several national home and design television shows on HGTV, TLC, CMT and the Food Network.

Katie's entrepreneurial background and interior design experience give her an unparalleled diligence. Repeat clients and glowing referrals drove her design firm to double revenue year over year. Earning the elite designation as a Top Producer as a REALTOR® every year since 2019, Katie strives to work tirelessly for clients by making the buying and selling process enjoyable while bringing professionalism, integrity, and dedication to her clients' goals. Katie uses her design talent to stage your home to show at its best. She also enjoys helping buyers find a hidden gem using her keen design eye to help clients envision a home's hidden potential.

Katie lives in Chastain Park with her husband, three kids and two dogs. She is an executive board member of the Chastain Park Civic Association and can often be spotted on the family golf cart between frequent trips to NYO and the golf course. She is active in the communities at both Holy Innocents' Episcopal School and Heards Ferry Elementary School. In her spare time, Katie loves cooking with her daughter, traveling to unfamiliar places, snow skiing and dining around town.
