Katie is Colorado native and has lived in the Grand Valley all her life! It is here that she met her husband Josh. They are long time best friends and high school sweethearts. Together Katie and Josh have three amazing girls: Arianna, Chloe, and Jersey. It's safe to say their world revolves around them!
Katie has over 21 years of experience in all aspects of real estate and especially love to work with new construction! In early 2018 Katie was inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame which was a wonderful honor, and she is now so excited to begin her journey here at Chesnick Realty! Katie has always had a passion for helping others and real estate lets her do just that. She wants nothing more than to work hard for her clients!
