Katiti Mwebe is extremely conscientious about the real-estate transaction. She works closely with all of her clients to ensure a successful transaction and remains involved throughout from contract to closing. Katiti has assisted clients in custom building homes and renovating homes. She has acted as a consultant and offered advice during meetings as her clients have worked with some of Atlanta’s well-known builders in purchasing new construction.

Katiti’s exceptional skills for diplomacy has not only earned her respect from her peers and local clients, but has also provided her with an extensive base of international clients. Her professionalism, attention to details, and strong negotiation skills has enabled her to earn numerous referrals and repeat business.

Katiti Mwebe is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Designation from the Institute. The institute has also recognized Katiti as a Million Dollar Guild Member for her expertise and documented performance of sales in the million dollar and above market.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Katiti Mwebe was an elementary school teacher. She attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta where she graduated Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Katiti is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Georgia Association of Realtors, and The Atlanta Board of Realtors. She has previously served as a member of The Women’s Council of Realtors. She has also served on the Atlanta Board of Realtors Auction Committee to benefit Habitat for Humanity.
