Katrina is an awesome realtor! She helped us find a house quickly in this tight market. Although we had to do a lot long distance, she kept us updated, facilitated the process by taking our (local) daughter to view select properties, & easily allowed us to sign documents electronically. We made a special house-hunting trip to the area, during which Katrina blocked out her time to show us several properties. She bent over backwards & we were rewarded with finding the perfect house that we were able to close on in a short time. Highly recommend Katrina & her team at Coldwell Banker!

This is our forth house we have sold and and first one having Katrina represent us and she was amazing! From start to finish nothing but professional. When issues with the sale came up, Katrina handled them all with class. Even when we decided to not purchase a new a new house over the summer, Katrina stayed in touch and let us know how the market was doing and gave us great advice on when we should sell and when we should purchase. We are currently building our new house and Katrina has been involved in every step. Katrina never made a promise for how long our house would be on the market but she did market our house perfectly and got us well above asking price with just a few days in the market.
