Katy Blus is thrilled to be part of the Real Estate industry and working for The Dave Keefe Real Estate Team, since 2016. Having the support of her fellow expert team members enables Katy to help buyers and sellers on a high level. She is committed to creating a positive and personal experience for each of her clients.

Buying and selling her own investment properties in and out of the Bay Area since 2005, and working with different vendors to complete her visions for those properties, she shares her first-hand experience with clients looking to invest in Real Estate. Katy's experience with interior design, home remodeling, and attention to detail makes her a great resource in helping clients see beyond the current non-ideal floor plan and visualize the potential of a property. She helps explore the best layout and function of the home that will work best for their lifestyle.
