Katy Bradfield

Katy grew up in the Foxcroft neighborhood in Charlotte’s SouthPark area and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. After graduating, she spent five years in the banking industry in sales and marketing positions before joining the private sector to sell marketing services and technology to Fortune 500 companies in the food, financial services, high tech, and telecommunications industries.

In 2007, Katy made the decision to transition into residential real estate and worked for Bissell Hayes Realtors for two years before joining Helen Adams Realty. Her passion for real estate, extensive market knowledge, and the loyalty of her clients have helped Katy achieve a consistent, award-winning top producer status since 2010. She joined HM Properties in September 2017.

Katy enjoys getting to know her buyer clients so she can deliver both a home and a community that will best meet their families' needs. It is important to her to help them make a smooth transition to their new life in the Queen City area. On the seller side, she focuses on providing superior marketing, staging recommendations, current market data and immediate feedback from showings. Katy has listed and sold homes all over the Charlotte region spanning from Lake Norman to Union County and upstate South Carolina.

Katy and her husband, Craig, live in the Ballantyne Country Club neighborhood and have two young adult children, and a dog, Bailey. Katy enjoys playing golf, reading, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
