Kay and her team are fantastic! Kay helped us navigate through a land transaction that went sour and she was able to help us move on and find the house of our dreams. As a Realtor myself, I'm about business and I take outgoing referrals just as serious as my own direct deals. So, when my neighbors relocated from Baltimore to San Diego, I referred them to Kay. After having a conversation with her, I knew she was about business too. Before I could circle back to check in, they were under contract and about to close.
