Kay Gourley

As a third-generation Austinite, Kay Gourley has experienced Austin's growth first hand. With this knowledge, Kay is able to enhance her client's buying and selling power in every transaction. As a Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified International Property Specialist, Kay is able to meet and exceed all expectations of her clients.
Kay was introduced to Austin's real estate market at an early age. Her mother, a librarian of Doss Elementary for over 30 years, would take her and her brother on “Open House Adventures” every weekend. Kay's father, who worked for Austin's own architect, A.D. Stegner, taught Kay the performance and beauty of a home's architecture. Eventually, her admiration and appreciation of Austin's architecture and real estate grew into a budding passion.
She launched her real estate career at her brother's firm working administration before obtaining her real estate license in 1996. In 2003, Kay received her Broker's license and opened a small boutique agency in central Austin. Throughout her work, Kay developed a keen sense of how to navigate her clients through complicated purchases and keep them focused on the final prize - the home of their dreams.
