An active member of the community organizations, schools, and a member of Roswell Street Baptist Church of Marietta, she knows the people in the community where she works and never meets a stranger. Kay assisted us in finding a rental property when we first moved to Atlanta and then in purchasing a home in the Smyrna area 1 year later. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, detail oriented and easy to work with. She has a great team of people surrounding her and although I did my own research on inspectors, mortgage brokers etc, her recommendations came out on top. I could have saved some research time! Kay is a very good negotiator and I always felt that she had my best interests at heart and wasn't afraid to ask for things I sometimes didn't think I could ask for. Never was she pushy or offensive and the other realtors we worked with all had positive things to say about the realtor that represented us. I cannot recommend Kay Shaw more highly!
