Kay has been my neighbor for over 30 years. We became close friends soon after they moved into our neighborhood and even closer friends as we raised our children together as single moms. Kay has a warm and friendly personality and is truly a loyal friend. She is smart and funny and a very hard worker. She is happiest when she is working. She truly loves her work and gives 100% no matter what the job. Kay has helped my family members and friends to buy and sell homes and made sure they were informed, satisfied, and happy during the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate because I know she will do whatever it takes to help them understand the process and help them to feel comfortable and satisfied the with the final transaction. When I recommend Kay I always tell the person that she won't let them down. She will get the job done and make sure they are happy with the results. I know for a fact that many of her clients use only Kay as their agent and highly recommend her to their own friends and family. She is honest, loyal, committed and her warm personality lets her clients know that she cares about them and wants only the best for them.

Kay is awesome! She will listen to you and take the time to figure out exactly what you want. She is very patient and has spent countless hours over many days driving us all over Atlanta! She won't be happy until you are happy. Choose Kay as your real estate expert and I promise you will not be disappointed. Kay went from stranger to realtor to friend and she is the only person that I would EVER consider to sell my house or find my dream home.

The moment my husband and I met Kay, we knew she was the realtor for us. She was honest and upfront and liked that we were the same. We instantly felt we were talking to a friend.
