Kay Young

I have been a licensed real estate professional since 1988 and a Broker with extensive experience as the Sales Manager/Managing Broker since 1989. I have been the Top Salesperson in my company consistently being a multi-million dollar producer. I serve as the President of the Wawasee Property Owners Association and have held leadership roles, including past President of both the Kosciusko Board of Realtors and the Kosciusko Board of Realtors MLS. I have received the WACF Cattail Award for environmental service (2010) and served as the Wawasee Flotilla Commodore (2013). I also recently completed a decade-long tenure on the Kosciusko County Community Foundation board. Currently, I am a director of the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors and an active Mobile Meals driver. Having lived on Lake Wawasee for 60 years, I have a deep knowledge of the area, helping buyers and sellers find the perfect property. I reside with my husband Jim at Pier 343, Lake Wawasee, where we are ruled by our 2 Boston Terriers, Oliver and Teddy.
