I highly recommend KayLani, she is a seasoned broker, a great negotiator, and an excellent advisor.

KayLani expertly guided us through the various stages of our home search, from when we had only a vague notion of what we were looking for to the point where we knew exactly what we wanted. I appreciate how patient she was along this journey, she was never pushy but remained persistent, offering many helpful insights along the way.

When we finally found “the one,” KayLani helped us get the deal closed. The timelines were very tight and there were seven other offers on the table, yet in the end we won out. I credit KayLani’s negotiating experience, steady hand, and excellent team for getting us to the close.

KayLani what way above and beyond any expectations of a realtor. Not only was she incredibly patient and persistent, she also came through with help on the loan when the first mortgage lender fell through. Always available when you needed help, ready to explain everything, and massive experience in every aspect of the housing market. She also provided much need assistance AFTER the sale of the house, something she did not need to do and simply reflects the quality of work she delivers. If I could rate 10 stars I would as she is not just a good realtor, but a terrific person as well! Thanks for all the help KayLani! Couldn't have done it without you!

First time homebuyer with very little working knowledge. KayLani was awesome. She explained things in a way that made sense, and helped what could have very easily been a multi month process get done in a few weeks! From advice to recommendations based off her experience, we hit little to no snags. Would do it again if I were to shop in San Diego again, and would definitely recommend you give her a try, as well!

Kaylani goes above and beyond as your realtor. Here are some of the things she did for me when she was a part of my team: (1) spent at least an hour explaining the very long and complicated house buying process (she does this for all first time buyers, I believe). It’s really informative and helps you understand all the things that need get done or pass before you can become a homeowner, (2) prepared a package for every property we wanted to see. This package included comparable houses in the area, places to eat, historical facts about the current property, and more, (3) she drove from San Diego and spent the entire day running around with us in LA because we were interested in properties there. I especially like how responsive she is. She’s really easy to get a hold of (phone, email, text, you name it) and if she ever does miss a call (rare), she calls back within five minutes. I can’t recommend her enough!

KayLani was just the sweetest and best realtor we could have asked for! Husband and I originally were only interested in ONE home that was being represented by 24/7 realty. Not really “in the market” for a home. KayLani showed us the possibility of being homeowners. We work regular 9-5 jobs and she met us on weekends and weeknights to show homes. She was NEVER not available for our questions and was SO incredibly educated and well versed. She taught us a lot as first time home buyers.
