Kecia (Frananda) Allen

Kecia Allen has been a Loan Officer with Radiant Mortgage Bank since 2017. She has six years experience in the mortgage and loan industry, serving a wide range of clientele including homeowners; small business clients; business and personal customers. Prior to joining Radiant Mortgage Bank, Kecia worked for Magna Capital Group, Inc. as a Loan Officer. In addition, Kecia is a licensed Real Estate Broker and she’s a Professional member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Kecia’s success as a Loan Officer is supported by her commitment; enthusiasm; experience; excellent communication skills and organisational skills, combined with a passion for excellent customer service; advising customers of product advantages and disadvantages; analysing customer information and efficient loan processing. Helping others achieve their goals brings tremendous satisfaction.
Despite her busy career, Kecia makes time to be involved with local community organizations and she also does voluntary work for Meals On Wheels and the LA Mission.
When not working, Kecia enjoys reading, cooking, pilates and boxing.
