Kedric D. Vance, Sr. was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He comes from a background of 13 years with the Department of Homeland Security, 3 years of Independent Photography and Videography, 20 years of music (artist, production, and sound engineer) and brings marketing strategies, promotions, leadership, productivity, priority, confidentiality, and care when working with his real estate clients.

Kedric entered the Real Estate world in order to fulfill a desire to see people prosper in the market of property ownership, along with a desire to provide better for his family while meeting and networking with new people and hasn't looked back.

Kedric is married to his lovely wife Jennifer Vance of 12 years, and lives in Goodlettsville, TN. They have two kids, ages 13 and 10, and one German Shepherd. He spends his free time writing and recording and engineering music, shooting video and photography, reading and learning new things, and volunteering, helping others in need.

This was my first time buying a home and I used the VA loan. Kedric was very helpful and informative before, during, and even after the process. If he didn't have an answer, he used his network to get me an answer. He worked around my schedule when he could and at times when I wanted to give up, he pushed me to keep my eye on the prize.
