Keenan Flynn

Keenan's passion and eye for real estate developed after college, with the purchase of his first investment property. While working in a small family business, he was primarily responsible for scouting commercial property locations and managing the ongoing operations of a 60,000 square foot distribution warehouse. He took this residential and commercial real estate investment and property management experience further in recent years after the close of his family business, adding to a portfolio of successful investment properties, the management of which he continues to oversee. This further fueled his desire to focus full-time on real estate professionally and he is absolutely thrilled to be part of the William Raveis' team.

A lifelong resident of Wellesley and Cape Cod, Keenan has an extensive knowledge of the Boston Metro-West and Cape Cod areas. Whether it be the family home in suburbs of Boston, full-time or vacation homes on Cape Cod, or the right investment property, Keenan brings his passion and unique experience to his clients to find the perfect home in the perfect location.

While an undergraduate at Georgetown University, Keenan studied marketing and management and was a member of the Varsity Football team. Always an entrepreneur, Keenan received his MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship. Keenan enjoys splitting time between Wellesley and Cape Cod with his wife, son and daughter and Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Together with his family, he loves to travel throughout the country and world studying local real estate and architecture. Some of his favorite places outside of Boston and Cape Cod are Phoenix, AZ, Dublin, Ireland and Lake Como, Italy. Additionally, Keenan has been a life-long supporter of and volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
