Keianna Carty

Keianna Washington Carty is a native of Montgomery, Alabama and has lived in the Tampa, Florida area since 2007. After relocating to Florida in 2007, Keianna continued her banking career as Vice President with Colonial Bank aka Branch Banking and Trust. Keianna has worked in the areas of Consumer Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Credit Risk Management, and Problem Loan Administration/Commercial Asset Management during her 18 years in Banking, which has led to several accolades and leadership responsibilities. In 2017, Keianna ended her banking career to pursue her dreams of entrepreneurship.

Keianna received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking, as well as her Masters of Business Administration from Troy University. Keianna is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors® Association, and the Great Tampa Realtors®, is a licensed real estate Broker/Owner of Sellstate SouthShore Realty located in Tampa, Florida. Keianna holds the prestigious GRI and ABR designation as well as At Home with Diversity, Military Relocation Professional, Short Sales and Foreclosure, Global Real Estate Professional, and New Home Specialist Certifications. Keianna is a Commercial Alliance Realtor® and offers limited commercial services. Keianna is a graduate of the District 6 Leadership School as well as a state licensed real estate instructor. Keianna is currently serving on the Greater Tampa REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Keianna will use her extensive real estate knowledge to continue to serve the public. Keianna understands both sides of the real estate purchase, which sets her apart from most agents. Keianna will guide her clients through the buying and selling process with ease because of the wealth of knowledge she has obtained.

Keianna has one son and multiple exchange students that call her mom. She has knowledge of dealing with multiple cultures and believes diversity is the key to many of the problems we face today. She is active in her community and church outreach.
