If you are looking to buy a home I definitely recommend Keichel. I have worked with other realtors, but none like her! She kept it professional, but working with her felt like I was working with a family member. She was patient with me and explained every step that we took. She was always very positive and encouraging. She helped recommended a great lender that gave me a grant and requested seller help. I ended up only paying a little over 600 dollars at closing! Keichel is on top of her game and I am glad I chose her as my realtor!

Her keen insight on the market and invaluable knowledge of the areas in which we were interested lead us to our forever home without angst or trepidation. Keichel stayed in touch with our lender and kept us appraised of where we were in the process and what next to expect and prepare for.
