One of my favorite moments as a REALTOR® is seeing the glimmer in my buyers’ eyes when they fall in love with a home and their future flashes before them. Likewise, I enjoy seeing my sellers’ pride when I create a detailed and eloquent marketing campaign that conveys the many years of love and care put into their home. As clients become friends, and we stay connected over the years, it gives me great joy to see their family growing into their new home and community, knowing that I was one small part in making that dream a reality.

For buyers, I offer insight into local amenities, recreation, and activities to find the home and town that fits their ideal lifestyle and budget. For sellers, I excel at creatively positioning a home with pricing strategies, professional photography, brochures, virtual tours, postcards, print, social media, eBlasts, and targeted marketing. Completing my undergraduate degree in marketing has given me the foundation to effectively utilize all these available advertising tools. For investors, I analyze potential investment properties for cash flow or flip profitability. Having an MBA in Finance and my professional experience as an analyst at a top investment bank enhances my ability to guide clients, whether buying, selling, or investing, toward building wealth.
Communicating with people and negotiating are at the heart of every real estate sale. Having worked in my family restaurant throughout the years taught me customer service and people skills that could not be developed elsewhere. Additionally, I have built relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, insurance agents and contractors, which contributes to a smooth and seamless transaction.
When I am not selling real estate, I am spending time with my family, two children, and many pets. One of the best things about living in Connecticut is appreciating the beauty of nature, which has inspired my love of gardening.
