Keith Adler

Keith is an Investment Specialist and Retail Representative with more than twenty years’ experience in commercial real estate. He has extensive knowledge of both local and regional zoning code ordinance and contacts. As a member of the retail team, his experience includes work in valuations, retail tenant and landlord representation, sales and analysis of shopping center disposition/sales, land disposition, and boutique commercial property investment.

His current representation includes LNR Partners, American Freight Furniture & Mattress, Exceptional Dental and Affordable Smiles, Taco Bell, Poke Loa, NOLA Couture, Aveda Salons, New Orleans Lager & Ale Brewing (NOLA Brewing), and Parran’s Po-Boys. Keith also works with many independent, franchise driven, and local clientele in the Greater New Orleans area.

Professionally he is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), and the National Association of Realtors.

Originally from Memphis, Keith received a Bachelor of Science with a major in business management from the University of Maryland, College Park. He also received a Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Management from Tulane University.
