We recently purchased our first home, ever, in the Atlanta area. Keith was our real estate agent and helped us find our dream home! Keith is amazing to work with -- he is patient, will listen to and advise you throughout the process, and he can navigate any situation thrown at him.

While we were working with him we were living in California. We had a couple of Zoom calls to talk through our housing needs and general Q&A about the home buying process. We'd scheduled a house hunting trip for mid-August, and Keith was fully prepared with a slate of listings across multiple areas that we were interested in checking out. Keith had advised us that we would likely find our dream home the first day of our hunt, and he was right! From that point we entered the negotiation process. Keith was an expert negotiator and consummate professional, even while dealing with a difficult selling agent (trust me, you want Keith on your side). Of course, with Keith's help, we were able to quickly close on our new home.

Through this process, Keith has become like family to us, and our relationship will continue beyond the purchase of this home. He is excellent at his craft and will take great care of you, and help you find the home of your dreams!

Keith was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to sell our sweet 1920's Peachtree Hills Bungalow. Since we were moving out of state, we needed more help than the average seller, and he was patient, attentive, and so helpful. He managed getting the house market ready (painting, staging), and also offered to manage many services we would not have expected in maintaining the home while it was vacant.
