Keith Flanagan is a resident of Clearwater, Florida. He was licensed in 2013 but started his fulltime career in real estate sales 9 years ago and has been a multi-million-dollar producer since. Specializing in first time home buyers, renters, investors, waterfront properties, townhomes and condos and with a vast array of financing programs to accompany these, Keith has the knowledge and expertise to assist anyone with a real estate need.

Since his graduation from school, Keith has built a solid consumer centric foundation through his employment in the hospitality industry and as a sales manager for 11 years in a tech-based company selling electronic components within the nation and globally. By knowing the intricacies of the Florida waters, Keith has assisted in transactions dealing with flood insurance issues, water depth, bay access, SWIFTMUD permits, mangrove restrictions, and on and on. Selling or buying a condo or townhome can also be confusing but he has been there to weed through complicated condo rules and regulations, age restrictions, and ADA compliance just to name a few. Keith is an avid fisherman, participating in the Florida west coast Kingfish tournaments every year. He enjoys water sports, golfing and spending quality time with his wife and son in St. Petersburg.
