Keith has been involved in the real estate business as a Sales Agent and/or Broker since 1983 and he was licensed by the State of Colorado as a Real Estate Appraiser in 1990 until 2001 when he put license on inactive status. Before joining RE/MAX 100 Inc. in March of 1995, he worked at an independent commercial real estate office in Denver.
In his second year, he became that firms Top Producer and for the next 10 years he continued to finish first or second in sales annually. Keith specialized in investment properties. His successful transactions range from single family investments, duplexes to fourplexes, and small and large apartment complexes to other forms of commercial real estate. In addition, Keith has owned and managed rental property since 1980.
Keith joined RE/MAX to take advantage of working with the ‘Real Estate Leader'. RE/MAX 100 allowed Keith to continue to work with his investment clientele and also use his knowledge to help buyers and sellers in the residential market. In the Denver-Metro area, RE/MAX easily outsold all its competition then, as it does yet today.
RE/MAX's nationwide dominance (and in many other countries) gave Keith instant access to the largest real estate company referral network available and allowed him to help people relocating into or out of the Denver-Metro area.
Keith is a member of Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors. This enables him access to all of the Denver-Metro area real estate markets, cooperating brokers and MLS services.
He is proficient with the computer technology necessary to function successfully in today's real estate markets. He uses the latest software needed to compete successfully in today's marketplace.
Keith is constantly adding to his Real Estate education. Going above and beyond the Colorado required Continuing Education, he takes many extra hours of Real Estate Broker and Appraisal training to stay ahead of the pack.
Keith's interests outside of real estate include travel, motorcycles, auto racing, hunting, fishing, skiing, and investing. He has been married to his wife, Sue since 1980.
