Keith Kennedy

Keith Kennedy earned his degree in Real Estate/Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. He also has a degree in Management, but he found his passion and aptitude in working with clients in residential real estate. Methodically, he partners with clients to re-evaluate their real estate needs, challenges and goals. Keith makes his personal mission to ensure his clients receive maximum exposure and a streamlined transition process. He has successfully delivered real estate solutions for a full range of clients. His ability to listen and adopt to the concerns of his clients allows him to resolve a problem and implement an effective course of action to ensure the future profitability to his clients. He is also the mastermind behind the innovative marketing that goes into each property.

Keiths’ experience and expertise stretches across many industries, while his main area of focus has been managing and developing relationships in the sports/swimming industry. He is a motivator to the thousands of swimmers and coaches that he has worked with daily on the USA and Y Swim Team that he is the head coach for. He has helped inspire and has trained swimmers to be awarded Millions of dollars in swimming scholarships and compete locally, regionally and internationally.
