Keith has been great for myself and our family. From day one, he showed us all the places explaining to us the pros and cons of each area. We are very thankful to Keith for finding us the right home. He helped us through each of the closing specifics especially it was our first home. He also worked with us to provide suggestions for assistance around the neighborhood after we bought the place. Keith Kreis is the ultimate people's champion. When it is said that he goes above and beyond for his clients, that is an understatement. Our family's search for a new home began in March of this year. Keith started as most agent's do, understanding our needs, and showing us homes that would fit. That's when the normal everyday agent in Keith went away and the amazing qualities he brings started to become apparent. Knowing we have little kids at home and other aspects about our family, at every home we went to, after letting us tour the space, he took the time out to point out things within the home that were not so obvious to us. Simple, effective, and VERY important details from School district ratings, commercial zones too close to the home, the venting systems not able to meet what we require in the kitchen, all the way to hidden expenses that we would never have seen coming. All this was something he offered up himself at every house we went to , to ensure we made the most informed decision for our today and tomorrow possible. Once we found the perfect home, and the mortgage process started, we were hit with the reality of the Mortgage industry. We received a pre-approval right away , followed by a list of quick conditions, then suddenly the communication stopped and the problems started. lack of communication, false promises, and mis-leading tactics by the mortgage company delayed our purchase for months. However , Keith was once again there to guide our family. Took control of the situation, took us to a new trusted lender from his contacts, and within a few days we were walking into our new home. Keith stood by us and worked extensively with the lawyers and listing agent to keep things smooth and moving along, turning into our family's personal representative. So much so that we trusted him with all of our financial and personal documents. Keith kept every promise and even those that he never made, he ensured he never stopped working for our family. Even after the sale, he was there to make sure everything was okay, and continues to be a valuable friend and honorary member of our family. If you're in the hunt and want someone who understands the industry as well as conducts himself with honor and class, Keith is your man, look no place else, as he truly will not rest until you are happy
