I have the pleasure of dealing with Keith through several buying experiences. He was able to work with me through many long buying experiences, making 100's of offers starting back in 2012. He never tired, and worked diligently to help me meet my goals. Keith now works in a property management capacity for me. Tenants always sing his praises. Mr. Libby helped my 93 year-old father list and sell his home. He walked us through the entire process from making suggestions to increase curb appeal right up to the closing and handing over of the keys. He was always available to answer questions and went the extra mile to see that the transaction went smoothly. Mr. Libby negotiated an occupancy extension to help us successfully time my father's move from Florida to New York. He kept me (the daughter in New York) up-to-date every step of the way and was very patient and reassuring in helping my father manage the stresses of selling a home. During the past eighteen months, Keith has sold a house for my ex-wife and a house for me. Both houses were sold within a reasonable amount of time and for satisfactory prices. During that time, Keith has also handled the rental of a condominium for me. Keith's services have always been of the highest professional quality, and Keith has often gone above and beyond in his representation of me. For example, prior to the sale of my house in Sarasota, Keith spent one or two nights camped out in an unfurnished house making minor repairs and touch ups so that the home would be marketable. I highly re commend Keith to anyone who is looking for a top-notch realtor to handle the sale or rental of property.
