Keith Manson

Keith Manson has been in the investment real estate brokerage business for over 20 years with a focus on Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, and Land in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Manson and his team are consistently one of the top investment broker teams in the Bay Area. Mr. Manson has been named a Costar Power Broker and was consistently ranked as one of the top ten brokers for CBRE’s East Bay offices. Before joining Cushman and Wakefield, Keith worked at CBRE, Wheelhouse Investment Real Estate Brokerage and Arroyo and Coates. Keith is also a real estate investor with individual and partial ownership of over 200 apartment units.

Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara where he is also participated in four years of Division 1 swimming. Keith is a member of RHANAC, The Berkeley Property Owners Association and the Urban Land Institute.
