McMahon’s the Man! He did the impossible; he found us a house we both love, and guided us on how to be competitive in this meshuggeneh market! And he’s ethical. We subsequently gave him our other home to sell, which he treated as if it were his own investment, and he left everyone- the buyers as well as us- feeling successful and very satisfied with the contract. One image stays in my head: we went to a Cress Creek property at 9:15 AM on a Sunday during a crazy snowstorm where not even the subdivision streets were cleared yet. As we pulled up, he jumped out of his car and began shoveling a path from our car to the front door. THINK ABOUT THAT. Our last realtor was for a rental property in NYC and yes, he is on MDLNY. McMahon equals him in ability, or even perhaps, quietly surpasses him.

Keith McMahon was referred to me by a friend, and I would in a heart beat recommend him to any of my family or friends and also use him again. I tend to avoid working with people I know when it comes to home buying, however it was a completely professional and enjoyable experience. While you can’t remove stress from a home buying/selling experience, Keith always supported us and was available 24/7 and incredibly responsive. Keith has been a pleasure to work with during the recent purchase of our new home AND the sale of our old home.
We found our new, forever home on a random Thursday. That same day we contacted Keith. Within a few hours he was able to book us a showing to see it. We were very happy that he did. The house was very hot and had 9 showings that day. Once we saw and fell in love with it, Keith immediately helped us to place an offer that he felt would secure the home for us.
Our offer was accepted and our attention needed to quickly shift to the sale of our current home. The next day, Keith was at our house walking us through exactly what needed to be done in order to sell it in a timely manner. After completing his recommendations, we listed our house. I was shocked to have more than 10 showings on the first day! On day two, we had THREE offers!
