Keith Sandman

Keith Sandman is a highly experienced, established real estate broker with more than 10 years in the industry and a background in mortgage lending. Keith helps his clients understand each step of the process, increasing their comfort level and confidence, and ultimately maximizing their profit on every real estate transaction.

Originally from Naples, FL, Keith moved to Charlotte in 2006 seeking a place with seasons and Southern charm. He quickly found a home in the area's booming banking industry working within the large, syndicated banking division of Bank of America, managing large amounts of funding for business sectors.

In 2015 Keith made the leap into a career in real estate. He joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle, then he became co-owner & partner of Costello’s REI Fort Mill office. In 2021 Keith and Nick May decided to move their real estate team, Carolinas Property Group, over to eXp Realty.

Keith believes it is a privilege to represent and guide each client through the most important purchase of their life. As a result, he is passionate about exceeding client expectations and being a valuable resource to everyone he interacts with.

Outside of work Keith supports charitable organizations like Bee Mighty, which helps support families of premature or chronically ill infants. When Keith isn’t out in the community or cheering on his alma mater (The Florida Gators), he enjoys spending time with his twin daughters, Avery and Harper.
