I went to AZ to help my mother-in-law pack up and sell her home. I did not have a realtor yet. I happened to see an open house sign on my morning walk so I made my way there to see if I could at least gather some info on comps in the area. The second I met Keith, I knew he would be the one to list the home. He met me that same day to look at the house, offered up contacts for movers, consigners and anything else I needed before I even committed to him selling the house. He is kind, professional, knowledgable, not pushy, available, and simply goes above and beyond. Keith always responds in a timely manner even when he’s traveling or has prior commitments. We felt like Keith’s only clients even though he’s super busy. Listing from another state (I live in NV) is tricky as it meant I couldn’t be there for repairs, inspections, etc. Keith was always there to help with every detail. He is hands on and communicates the big and small details even going so far as to just take care of some items that needed taken care of himself. I cannot say enough good things about Keith. From start to finish this was the best selling experience ever! I know that if I need anything going forward even though the sale is complete, Keith is just a phone call away. Thank you Keith!

Keith was very prompt in replying to all our questions and issues. He was very helpful with getting the house ready for sale and to offer his services for the help we needed. He is very good at his job and very professional but he has that personal touch that makes you feel that he cares for you and he does care. He showed it to us by making the transaction very smooth. He also helped with some of the deficiencies from the inspection report and he personally helped with our move and in finding us window cleaners, roofers and plumbers. He was professional, responsive and personal. All of which are key when selling a home. I would definitely recommend Keith.

Wow, where do I start?? We met Keith when we were a year or so out from moving from Washington State to Arizona. Not once did he ever balk at checking out places or offering his help even when we weren’t quite ready. When we were, it was always positive communication and readiness to help us find the best fit. Always available to look at houses via face time for us and answered all our questions quickly. Even when he was on vacation he took our calls! He made our out of state home buying less stressful and actually fun! Would HIGHLY recommend.. hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

My husband and I were so fortunate to meet Keith Schreiber at an open house in our neighborhood and ultimately selected him to represent us for the sale of our home in Goodyear, Arizona. "Wow!" doesn't even come close to describing the outstanding service we received.

Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted research to see who would be the best agent based on the investment they make into selling our home and the marketing techniques they offer to promote their listings.

We spoke with Keith and then met with him in our home. He came prepared with a presentation on recent sales and comparable homes in our area and a comprehensive marketing plan to sell our home.

Keith took extra steps that many other Realtors didn't offer, having a professional design and staging consultant come to our home to provide expertise on the best way to present our home to attract a wide audience of buyers. He also recommended hosting multiple open house events as frequently as our schedule would allow. We took his advice and had our home professionally staged resulting in a beautiful, fresh update. He arranged for professional photographs to be taken and and a schedule of open house events to be held.
