Look no further!!! I conversed with a couple realtors prior to deciding on Keith and he clearly was the front runner. He was extremely prompt with responding to my questions and very patient with me for my first house purchase. Being my first I was more or less clueless with the whole process and he really showed his intelligence when walking through a home and pointing out the negatives and positives to consider. Not only is he a great realtor but definitely a great person and quite the humor! We eventually found my perfect home and he negotiated it perfectly! I wanted to offer a higher price to make sure we locked it up but after he researched the comps, we came in at a lower price that was then countered and I accepted!
